Only people whose official domicile is in Switzerland are authorized to participate in My-store.ch’s online (Internet) private sales.
2.1 These General Conditions concern the items sold online (on the Internet), on the www.my-store.ch website. The characteristics of said items are established on the basis of indications provided by the suppliers. My-store.ch therefore provides them solely for the sake of information, and My-store.ch can in no way be held liable.
The same applies for photos of items, which are made in agreement with the suppliers of the products shown.
2.2 The items offered are only available during the period of the private sale and as a function of the available stock.
3.1 Prices are indicated in Swiss francs, including V.A.T.
3.2 The Customer shall also be responsible for paying shipping charges, these charges being indicated on the order form in the shopping cart.
4.1 The sale is completed once the Customer has clicked on “OK” in his or her shopping cart to confirm the purchase, and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the Customer.
4.2 The price of purchases on the www.MyStore.ch website is immediately due for payment on order. Purchases can be paid for by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postcard or Yellownet account, and only by these means.
5.1 None of the information related to any of the methods of payment used is communicated to My-store.ch. It is encrypted and sent, in a secure mode, to the Saferpay company only.
6.1 The items ordered are shipped to the delivered address that the Customer enters on purchase.
6.2 My-store.ch shall do everything possible to have the merchandise delivered within a period of thirty (30) days, unless specified otherwise in the order.
6.3 My-store.ch shall inform the Customer of any delay in shipping, but shall not be subject to a late charge.
6.4 Shipping charges are listed in the “Shopping cart” tab and are subject to Customer approval when each order is confirmed.
7.1 In case of defects in the merchandise not attributable to the Customer, My-store.ch shall accept return of merchandise and shall reimburse the Customer.
7.2 The item purchased shall nevertheless be returned immediately, in its original packing, to the address: My-Store SA, My-store.ch, 28 Rue du Cendrier, 1201 Geneva
8.1 Any commercial use, namely for purposes of resale to third parties, is strictly forbidden.
8.2 Any person using said for commercial use shall be prohibited from participating in the online private sales set up by My-store.ch, and held liable for any claims against My-store.ch.
These General Conditions have been translated into German, English and Italian. In case of any discrepancy in relation to the French version, solely the French version shall be considered authentic.
10.1 My-store.ch complies with the Swiss legislation in force, namely to the law for protection of data. Only the data strictly required to carry out its business is therefore processed.
10.2 The Customer nevertheless accepts that My-store.ch uses the information concerning it to improve its services and to put together better offers.
The Customer undertakes to regularly keep up to date about any changes in the General Conditions by consulting the following Internet address: www.my-store.ch
12.1 This contract, and the private sales organized by My-store.ch, is governed by Swiss law.
12.2 In case of dispute, Geneva has legal jurisdiction.
